Not sure how you get to play ball out of state? Looks like that would violate some VHSL rule???

Graham plays all of their "home" football games in WV...out of state...not a violation of VHSL rules.
As a matter of fact, Graham hosted the AA State Championship game in '89 and it was played out of state, in WV...the only VA State Championship not decided within the boundary of the state...
